Simply click to get to the individual products or sub-categories. Other direct product links are available in the featured products, latest products, popular products and special sales box displays. Quickly use those links to hit a product directly. Placing Selected Product in Your Cart If on a product's details page, click the "Add to Basket" button, right under the product's image, to place it in your shopping cart. You can change the quantity to want you want, before clicking. If you don't, you can still easily make changes later, right in you cart. If still at the category display level, use the "Buy" button to add to cart, or click the "More" button to read more information on the product's details page. When added to your cart without a quantity change, the quantity '1' is entered by default. If you need more that one unit, just change the figure to the quantity you want and click the "Update Basket".button to effect the change. Other changes are also easy, like deleting some items or emptying the entire basket. The buttons are easy to find. Your shopping cart shows what you have already selected to buy. Either use the "Continue" button to proceed to checkout or use any of the other easily visible buttons to get back shopping. Log-in Or Registration You're required to log into your account, during checkout. Like in all online stores, only logged in users can complete a purchase. If no account has been created, you are presented the fast-track 1-minute registration form. Not to worry, your privacy is protected, always. That also ensures that you get confirmation emails on your transaction and its processing. Completing Transaction Process Once logged into your account, just complete the short process of confirming delivery address and selecting the payment option. Only bank payment (by cash or cheque) is provided for currently. You will be presented the bank details when you select that payment option and proceed to complete the purchase. Simply make payment (cheque payments will first clear before delivery), contact us by email, phonecall or SMS to provide your payment details. Payment is quickly verified, and once confirmed, you can expect to receive your order within 48hours, depending on location. |
