Hewlett Packard, HP, has surely cut its teeth in printer manufacturing, HP is easily one of the front-line printer manufacturers, with many prnter products that have proved very successful on the strength of their quality and performance.
HP has a sizable collection of All-in-One printers in its stable. Many of these are top models that easily feature in review lists of top-performing all-in-one printers. All-in-One printers are called multifunction printers (MFPs) because they combine the functions of a printer, copier, scanner and possibly fax machine, into one printer equipment.
All-in-one printers mean that you can print, scan, copy and fax from one printer device or, at least, do the first three. That's why they are multifunction units, cutting the expenditure on capital equipment substantially. You end up with one equipment in place of four or three.
A stand -alone copier would take a significant chunk of money and a lot more in operational cost. Then you needed to acquire a printers - again, some good money off your pocket.
Adding a scanner, and possibly a fax machine would have left abig hole in your pocket, by the time you're done.
Not anymore. Yes, those items have not been banned, but you don't need to spend on multiple equipment, anymore. Multifunctions printing systems are now available to cut your spending down to size. At the end, you could just be parting with less than a third of what you would have coughed out, with no loss of the required office functionality.
Multifunction printers, aptly called All-in-One printers, are designed to deliver printing, scanning and copying functions. The typical all-in-one would indeed include fax capability, putting the key office tools you need, right in your hands. Interestingly, these combo office units are mostly compact, with many models coming out smaller than a typical modest-sized stand-alone copier, for instance.
